Crosstown is one of Minnesota's brick paving pioneers. We've been dry-setting interlocking pavers here since long before it was common — and the patios we built decades ago are still flat, tight and true.

Dry-set, interlocking system
No mortar to crack. Each paver locks to its neighbors over a compacted aggregate base and bedding sand, so the surface flexes as one unit instead of fracturing.
Freeze-resistant by design
A properly drained base lets water escape instead of freezing under your patio. That's why our paver work handles Minnesota's freeze-thaw cycles year after year.
Won't crack, chip or discolor
Manufactured pavers are cured under pressure and colored through the body. They hold their color under UV and shrug off snowplow blades and de-icers.
Limited warranty on every project
We stand behind our installation, and the pavers we install carry manufacturer warranties of their own.
A brick paver installation is 90% what you can't see. We excavate to depth, install and compact a Class 5 aggregate base in lifts, screed a precise bedding layer, then lay, cut and compact the field. Edge restraints lock the perimeter and polymeric joint sand keeps weeds and washout out.
Because the surface is dry-set, individual pavers can be lifted and reset years later — for a utility repair, a settled corner, or a design change — with no patch line and no color mismatch. Try that with poured concrete.
We build paver driveways, patios, walkways, pool decks, fire pit surrounds and full outdoor living spaces, and we tie them into steps, seat walls and landscape lighting so the whole space reads as one project.
